STARTUP ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM
Launch of the program, with recognition of processes and phases to achieve the final purpose. Passing all material to stakeholders and C-levels through the Innovation Day event, where Talks, Flashtalks, Startup Fair, Executive Think Tank and Co-creation Session take place.
ONBOARDING
Here we offer the Startup Engagement course and we spent a week mapping pains and co-creating the areas of opportunity that will open calls for startups. We consider cost, technical feasibility, time and impact to prioritize calls on the roadmap and design the profile of solutions of interest.
DISCOVERY
Launch of open-call, attracting startups from the network and partner ecosystem. After a screening, we deliver a ranking of the registered startups and recommendations for engagement with the best placed. At the end, we publish the results of the call and organize a hackathon with a challenge selected by the company.
OPEN-CALL
Based on the results of the open-call, we pair entrepreneurs and mentors. Then we prepare the startups for the demo-day considering brand, pitch, business and financial models. After the demo-day, we support negotiations with the chosen startups for hiring, partnerships, investment or purchase.
MATCH!
At this stage, we support the formalization of commitments with startups. In addition, we develop monitoring KPIs and compile strategic results achieved along the way. At the end, there is an experiential immersion with the organization's executives in one of the main innovation ecosystems in the world.
